All sales are final.
Polish Pottery Pretties sells only new, first-quality authentic Polish pottery. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets quality standards. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than shipping damage.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing MaryannG53@gmail.com.
Please include all of the following so that a carrier claim can be filed:

1. Photos of the damaged item

2. Photos of the shipping box (exterior)

3. Photos of the packing materials (interior)

Keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved. Failure to provide full documentation within the time frame may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
